No. The price you sign up at is the price you pay for as long as you stay on. We don't do annual hikes, contract renewals, or surprise reviews. £150/mo Cruise in 2026 is £150/mo Cruise in 2036.

Which tier should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Standard (£500, up to 5 pages) for one-trade businesses, cafés, salons, and microsites. Premium (£750, up to 10 pages) for most local businesses with service pages, multiple locations, or booking forms. Need e-commerce or something custom? That layers on top of Premium as a bespoke add-on, quoted on request. Most Lincoln businesses pick Premium, then Cruise or Boost for the care plan.

Boost (£250/mo) adds Google Analytics 4 with monthly reporting, full Google Business Profile management, SEO tracking, rank monitoring, and a monthly performance report. Social media management is a separate add-on — £250/mo for the first platform, £50/mo for each one after.

What about custom services?

Anything not on the price list is bespoke and quoted on request. E-commerce and Stripe checkout, AI chatbots, live chat, domain purchase, email marketing automations, custom integrations (Monday.com, Stripe, Xero, FreeAgent), booking systems, members areas, multilingual sites — message us with what you need and you'll have a written quote inside 24 hours.

Is the website review actually free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — no cost, no obligation, no catch. Send your URL and we'll check backlinks, domain authority, on-page SEO, and how visible you are to AI search tools like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews, then send back a plain-English list of what to fix. You're welcome to take the report and do nothing with it.

Question 8

Do I own the site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you've paid the one-off build fee, the site is fully yours. Code on GitHub in your name, content yours, domain registered to you. The care plan is for keeping it hosted, secure, edited and looked after — cancel after the 6-month minimum and we hand over a final code export and walk you through migrating hosting elsewhere.

What's the timeline?

Both Standard and Premium go live in 14 days. We start the day the deposit lands — no discovery quarter, no stakeholder Zooms. Lincoln businesses who book on Monday have a staging URL by Friday.

Can you take over my existing website?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if your site is built on WordPress (or another self-hosted CMS), we can migrate it to our servers, clean it up, and take it over without rebuilding anything. We export a full copy of your existing site, import it on to faster hosting, then do a performance pass (caching, image compression, plugin audit). Most WordPress migrations take 2–3 hours and the switchover is invisible to your visitors. Your content, pages, and SEO history stay intact.

What's the difference between a migration and a rebuild?

Accepted Answer

A migration (or 'transfer') means we take your existing site — content, design, pages, everything — and move it to better infrastructure. Faster hosting, optimised caching, clean code. The site looks and works the same, just faster and better supported. A rebuild means starting fresh: new design, new code, new structure. We recommend a rebuild when the existing site is on a platform that can't be exported (Wix, Squarespace, Shopify), when it's scoring under 30/100 on mobile speed, or when it's so outdated that patching it costs more than replacing it. We'll always tell you which route makes more sense for your situation — there's no upsell reason to recommend a rebuild if a migration does the job.

My site is on Wix or Squarespace — can you migrate it?

Accepted Answer

No — and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. Wix and Squarespace are closed platforms: you can't export your design or templates, and the underlying code is locked to their ecosystem. What we can do is rebuild your site properly on a platform you actually own. We use your existing Wix/Squarespace site as the brief — same structure, same content, same pages — and rebuild it in clean code that lives on your hosting, not theirs. You end up owning something instead of renting it.

My website was built by another agency — can Zebweb take it over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We take over sites built by other agencies all the time. As long as you have access to the domain registrar and (ideally) the hosting login, we can migrate the site to our infrastructure. We don't need the original agency's cooperation. If the site is on WordPress, we use a migration plugin to pull a full copy — no FTP required. If the agency is hosting it and you can't get the files, we can rebuild from scratch using your existing site as the design reference. Either way, you end up fully independent.

Question 14

Will migrating my site affect my Google rankings?

Accepted Answer

Done correctly, no. The key steps are: keep your exact URL structure intact, set up 301 redirects for any changed URLs, migrate all meta titles and descriptions, and keep your domain pointing to the same address. We run a crawl before and after every migration to confirm nothing was dropped. In most cases, migrating to faster hosting actually improves rankings within a few weeks because Google rewards speed — especially on mobile.
